Meet Neil Banbury, the Managing Director at Crisp Malt. With extensive experience in agriculture and leadership roles across North America, Neil brings a wealth of expertise to us at Crisp as we enter a new chapter under the parent company, Richardson International.
Neil joins us from the Canadian Prairies and is eager to lead our network through this exciting period of growth and transformation. Prior to joining Crisp Malt, he spent the majority of his career at Richardson International, a global leader in agriculture and food processing. Richardson’s diverse operations include agribusiness, oil seed crushing, milling, food ingredients manufacturing, and product innovation.
Throughout his career, Neil has held a variety of roles within Richardson’s North American agribusiness division, from local positions to divisional management, providing him with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the agricultural markets in both Canada and the United States.
We are confident that Neil’s leadership, coupled with his broad industry experience, will drive Crisp Malt towards continued success as part of the Richardson International family.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys travelling the world, staying active, and getting outdoors!
