With sites across the UK, Germany and Poland we employ people in a wide range of jobs in different sectors of the business. We have teams in production, engineering, laboratory, finance, customer service, sales, transport and IT.
All new staff are enrolled in an induction programme to welcome them to the business and to equip them with the skills required to do the job in hand. We have lots of employees who have worked here for more than 20 years bringing skills and knowledge to their roles.

We pride ourselves on our training here at Crisp. With employees who are experts in their areas of work, we ensure their knowledge is shared and passed on. Each department formulates training programmes to equip their team members with the knowledge they need to carry out their roles.
As well as this, we are members of a number of external organizations such as MAGB – the Maltsters’ Association of Great Britain, IBD – the Institute of Brewers & Distillers, and BFBI – Brewing, Food & Beverage Industry Association.
