So, where did the idea of Smooth Chocolate Malt originate? Well, the overall aim was to produce a uniformly coloured malt, with real depth of flavour, enhanced mouthfeel properties, and low astringency. Did we achieve that? We sure did! Smooth Chocolate combines all these properties to deliver a one of a kind malt, like no other!
Smooth Chocolate Malt is a coupling of state-of-the-art roasting technologies with modern unique barley varieties, bringing you this exciting, new, and exclusive malt.
“A bittersweet cocoa powder taste”
The result: an irresistibly smooth, aromatic, intensely flavoured, roasted malt. How tempting?!
