Jake Lambert brings a wealth of experience to his role as Operations Director at Crisp Malt. With a Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Science with Chemistry from the University of Plymouth (1995), Jake began his career in the brewing industry at Anheuser-Busch, where he spent 12 years honing his expertise. Starting as a QA Technician, he then advanced into management roles and ultimately became the Staff Brewmaster in 2007, gaining invaluable insights into production processes and quality control.
Jake joined Crisp Malt in 2009, initially taking on the role of Maltings Manager. Over the next decade, he played a critical role in shaping the company’s operations and malt production strategies. In 2019, Jake was promoted to his current position as Operations Director, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With a deep passion for brewing and malt production, Jake’s extensive experience and leadership continue to drive innovation and excellence at Crisp Malt.
Jake’s favorite beer style is a Pilsner, thanks to its crisp, refreshing hop character and malty-sweet aroma!
