Meet Rebecca Gee; responsible for overseeing grain procurement for Crisp Malt in both the U.K. and Germany. Since joining Crisp Malt Ltd in 2013, Rebecca has built a diverse and accomplished career within the company. She started as a new graduate and has since taken on various roles, including Intake Manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager, before stepping into her current position in 2022.
Rebecca holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from The University of Lincoln and has recently completed her MBA at The University of East Anglia, further enhancing her expertise in business management. Her journey at Crisp Malt showcases her dedication to growth and excellence, and she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of quality grain across multiple markets.
Outside of work, as well as attending music concerts, walking her fluffy pup, Elvis, and travelling the world, Rebecca is a beer-lover, with a particular fondness for traditional English Pale Ales (especially those that highlight rich malt flavors!).
