Ellie Wood joined us in September 2023 as our Sustainability Coordinator, bringing with her three years of experience from a similar role in the food manufacturing industry. This background has equipped Ellie with valuable insights into the sustainability challenges we face within our business. In 2025, after two successful years within here role, Ellie became our Sustainability Manager.
Passionate about collaboration, Ellie appreciates the strong teamwork culture here, which is essential for driving impactful sustainability initiatives. Ellie also values the diverse opportunities for career development within the organization.
One of the most exciting aspects of Ellie’s role is its variety, with constant developments in research and technologies that keeps her engaged and inspired. When not working, Ellie enjoys exploring the world, slowly ticking off destinations from her travel bucket list. And enjoys trying new beers, with a current fondness for IPAs!
