Rutele, who is studying towards a PhD in the subject of Specialty Malt Use in Distilling, will be sharing her findings from year one of her research into specialty malt flavour.
We will also be joined by Dr. Jack Mayo from Holyrood Distillery, who will be talking about their novel use of roasted and crystal malts in their first year of mashes in Edinburgh.
