This German Maibock beer recipe produces a rich, full-bodied spring lager with a smooth malt profile, balanced bitterness and clean fermentation. A simple infusion mash is adequate given the well modified nature of our German Malt. Brewed using Crisp German Pilsen and Light Munich Malt from our Hamburg maltings, it delivers authentic German character with subtle fruity notes and excellent drinkability.
