Colin is the Scottish Sales Manager for Crisp Malt and is located in Edinburgh.
He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the University of Glasgow, spent three years teaching in Japan before joining the brewing industry in 2009. Since then he has held multiple roles in brewery management, brewing engineering and has been the project manager for craft brewery builds. He holds a Diploma in Brewing and General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
He is responsible for looking after our craft brewing customers in Scotland and all craft distilling customers across the UK. He also has a global distilling support role and has spoken at conferences and seminars in the UK and USA on distilling and malting.
He loves technical challenges and is a geek for brewing science so feel free to drop him any questions you may have.
