With a diverse background and a passion for learning, Laura B brings a unique perspective to the team. Holding a degree in Early Years Education, Laura B made a career change from tutoring and working in schools to exploring the brewing industry. She has recently completed the Essentials in Brewing certificate from the IBD, and is eager to continue learning and growing within this exciting field.
In addition to her brewing qualifications, Laura B also holds an NVQ in Customer Service, which she earned during her time as a travel consultant. This blend of skills makes Laura B a valuable asset to the customer service team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a natural ability to communicate effectively.
As a mum of three, Laura B balances family life with a love for activities that engage both the mind and body. When not at work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, geocaching, escape rooms, and treasure trails.
