Martin joined Crisp in March 1995 as accounts assistant. Various roles followed in export, sales, and production before his current role as UK Planning Manager, studying for an HNC in Business and Finance along the way.
With 30 years’ experience in the malting industry, Martin is responsible for planning production at the head office site of Great Ryburgh and making sure all UK sites are aligned in their scheduling plans.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys football, cycling and running.
Recently qualified as a Certified Supply Chain Demand Planning and Forecasting Professional (CSCD).
