Maddie is a passionate and experienced marketer with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including travel, fitness, e-commerce, and clothing. Her marketing journey began in 2014 when she started as an apprentice at a marketing agency, where she quickly learned from some of the best in the business. Since then, Maddie has worked tirelessly to master every aspect of marketing, gaining invaluable insights along the way.
In 2017, Maddie took a sabbatical to spend the summer in Pennsylvania, where she worked as a High Ropes, Mountain Biking, and Outdoor Cooking Instructor. “It was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventure”.
In 2022, Maddie joined us here at Crisp Malt, bringing her extensive marketing expertise to the beverage industry. Though new to the world of brewing, Maddie dove in headfirst, embracing the learning curve and finding herself completely immersed in the company culture and the world of beer. She’s now settled into her role and the industry, working with Jodie, looking after all things marketing and events management at Crisp Malt.
Maddie is a fan of refreshing lagers and sours; especially a fruity sour!
When she’s not marketing, Maddie is busy running her own basketball club, where she coaches both juniors and adults in her local community. She also plays in, referees, and scores basketball games. She also enjoys travelling the world (trying to visit 30 countries before she’s 30) and spending quality time with her two dogs.
