Luke is the Sales Operations Manager at Crisp Malt, based at the company’s HQ in Norfolk.
After completing two years of National Service in the Singapore Armed Forces, Luke moved to the UK to earn a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia. He joined Crisp in 2014 as a Supply Chain Management Graduate, gaining experience across UK and export sales admin, shipping, raw materials, and production planning within the Central Services Unit (CSU).
His broad operational background led to his first managerial role as Distributor Relations Manager, where he strengthened partnerships with international distributors and expanded Crisp’s global network. He was later promoted to Sales Operations Manager, overseeing customer operations and logistics.
Luke holds a credit in Fundamentals in Brewing and Packaging from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and is a Certified Supply Chain Demand Planning & Forecasting Professional (CSCD).
Outside of work, Luke enjoys traveling, exploring global foods, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
