Danni brings a wealth of customer service experience to Crisp, having previously worked for a high-end manufacturing company in London that supplied garden rooms worldwide. She joined Crisp in 2012 as our Craft Sales Administrator and has seen the craft market grow significantly during her time here. Over the years, Danni has built strong relationships within the craft sector, becoming a trusted point of contact for many of our customers.
In January 2023, Danni was promoted to the role of Inside Sales Representative. In this position, she works closely with our team of Craft Sales Managers across the UK, managing relationships with craft breweries and ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service, knowledge, and support. Danni’s dedication to providing an exceptional experience for both new and existing craft brewing customers is at the heart of her work.
Outside of work, Danni stays busy with her young family, always keeping up with the demands of a hectic home life!
