Sue works in our Customer Services Unit based in Great Ryburgh, Norfolk.
She has a Corporate Banking & Customer Service background & joined our busy customer services team in 2007
Part of a small team, Sue primarily looks after our bulk UK Sales & Regional Craft customers. Quickly reacting to our customer requests & liaising with production & transport departments are a key part of her role. Sue takes ownership of the whole process from the point of order to invoicing.
She has seen our business grow & expand but has always been dedicated to providing our customers’ absolute best customer service experience.
She enjoys live music & comedy. Pet hate “poor customer service.”
